Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over USD $75.00.

For International shipping, rate will be calculated at check out.

Please note that duties & taxes may apply to international orders. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 3-5 business days to process and ship. To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

 

• Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
• Click the link in the email to track the status of your shipment.
• You can also track your order by sign-in to your account for order status.

For orders shipped to remote locations, we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. You may only ship to one address per order.

 

In any unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Cream Yoga, so that we can get you sorted. If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
